What strikes most new arrivals to Whistler Village are the constant and ever changing views along the Village Stroll. Mount Sproatt dominates the skyline from the pedestrian overpass over Village Gate Boulevard. Rainbow Mountain looms large and majestic from the Olympic Rings monument at Olympic Plaza. Wedge Mountain, the tallest and very distinctly wedge shaped summit comes into view from several strategically designed vantage points. The final, and much celebrated two beautiful mountains reside at the end of the marvelous Village Stroll, Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain.
Where the Village Stroll ends, the gondolas begin. Two gondolas and one chairlift carry you up the mountains to even more restaurants and shops. The two mountains are connected by the Peak to Peak Gondola. A massive, world record breaking free span of 3 kilometres(1.88 miles) separates the two gigantic rope-way towers. The highest point above the ground is a heart pounding 436 metres(1430 feet)!

They have one of their finest and busiest stores here in Whistler Village.
If you have a sweet tooth, you have an abundance of great shops sprinkled throughout The Village. You will catch the wonderful scent of waffle cones as you near Cows along The Stroll. Freshly made waffle cones and heavenly ice cream cause the lineup to extend well outside the entrance. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is a Whistler institution. Watch fudge being made while you leer at the endless rows of delectable sweet treats.
